For personalised items please allow up to 4 working weeks for us create your perfect peice.

In-stock items are dispatched within 2-3 working days.

Returns & Refunds

Personalised items are considered bespoke and specifically designed to you and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please ensure that all names, initials, dates and other personalisation details are entered correctly before completing your order. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend or cancel personalised items once production has commenced.

Faulty items on delivery

In the unlikely event that your personalised item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly personalised due to an error on our part, please contact us via email sales@hausofdiamondsx.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photographs of the item. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
